Orders are generally processed within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, delivery times usually take another 6-9 business days (Monday to Friday). The total estimated delivery time is therefore 9-13 business days (Monday to Friday).

Most orders arrive within the expected time. If your order has not been delivered within the standard delivery period plus 3 additional days, please contact us using the details below.

No, Casa Viliano offers free shipping for all orders within Italy and Ireland.

Part of my order is missing: what should I do?
For large orders, items may be shipped separately. If an item is missing, it usually arrives within 1-3 business days after the first package is delivered.
My package arrived damaged: what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
Please note that packages must not be returned without prior contact. A photo proof is required to process exchanges.
Did you order the wrong product or size?
